In order to maintain an efficient schedule and accommodate everyone fairly, I kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following policies: 💅 Policy on Fills Over Other Nail Techs' Work: -For the health and safety of your natural nails, I do not perform fills over work done by other nail technicians—no exceptions. If I did not originally apply your acrylics or products, you must arrive to your appointment with bare nails (no gel, acrylic, or dip). This ensures I can guarantee the quality, integrity, and safety of the services I provide. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which is non-transferable to future bookings. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in 30% of the total service being charged to the card on file, and your deposit will be forfeited. ⏰ Late Arrivals: • If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. 🚫 No-Shows: • If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and 30% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. 💳 Deposits: • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
